Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with the product received!

 However, if you find a fault with the finished product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the package. A picture of the defect and the corresponding order number are required for locating your order in our system.

RETURNS 

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS 

To return an item, [please email customer service at info@wickedgoodgraphics.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number,] place the item securely in its original packaging and [include your proof of purchase / the return form provided / other], and mail your return to the following address:

If approved, we will cover the cost of shipping. It is important that you make contact with us within 48 hours of the receipt of your product to report any damages or errors that need to be resolved. If you do not make contact with us to discuss the issue before hand, we reserve the right to reject your return request.

REFUNDS 

All sales are final, we will only offer replacements for errors/ damages to your items.
